As we reflect on over 26 years of service to Southern Oregon, we are filled with gratitude and excitement about our journey and the future ahead. Our mission remains steadfast: to provide comprehensive support for both college and career pathways.

As we share our 23-24 impact report, we are excited to showcase the incredible work that has taken place this past year. This report will highlight our successes, the lives we've touched, and the robust community initiatives in motion. It serves not only as a reflection of our efforts but also as a testament to what can be achieved through collective action and unwavering support.
A Comprehensive Approach to Youth Empowerment
Today, our organization operates as a five-program entity, all geared towards empowering youth aged 11 to 24 across Southern Oregon, including South Glendale, Josephine, and Jackson County.
Our pillar program continues to open doors for first-generation college students, ensuring that they have the resources necessary to pursue higher education. In addition, we have expanded our offerings to include four other vital programs that address various facets of youth development, empowering our participants not merely in academics but across a multitude of life skills essential for success.
